David's Gifts and Things Store Policies

All orders submitted after 5:00 pm CST are considered ordered on the following day. Orders submitted on the weekend or holidays will be entered on the following business day.

Return Policy:

• David's Gifts and Things considers your satisfaction our #1 priority. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
• Any returns must be unopened, undamaged, pre-approved, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is to be paid by buyer unless other arrangements have been pre-approved.
• RMA's are required for all returns.
• All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• Not all items are returnable depending on the supplier and manufacturer policies.
• Returns are excepted for damaged, mis-shipped and defective items always.
• Cancelled Orders are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of order total or $25.00, whichever is greater.
• Manufactures may change the look of an item at any time.

• Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved.
• Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.
• No goods will be accepted for return after two weeks from the date of invoice.
• We sometimes will ask for a picture to be sent to us for our records as we hold our suppliers and the shippers to a high standard.

• We currently ship within the continental US only.
• All orders must be shipped to a physical address, No PO boxes, API/FPO boxes.
• Most orders ship promptly (within 3 days or less).Occasionally an order will take an extra day or two based on overall order volume.
• Some items come from our wholesale case supplier and will have slightly longer time to ship. We will identify these in the full item description with a case quantity designation.
• Your entire order may be shipped in more than one package.
• Shipping, Domestic Items: Shipping (delivery) time is usually 5-10 business days depending on the destination, carrier, supplier and the size of your order.
• Shipping, Imported Items: These items will have a slightly extended time-to-ship time. Shipping (delivery) time is usually 6-12 business days depending on the destination, carrier, supplier and the size of your order.
• We are not always kept up-to-date on what items have sold out or are on back-order. Some of these items are in high demand. We do our best to update are inventory daily. We will do everything we can to get an estimated restocking date. We will try to find a suitable replacement. If an item will have an extended waiting period we will cancel the order and return payment.
• There are many more designs offered than we have time to list on our web site. If there is a particular color or theme you are interested in, please ask! I will advise you as to what the available choices are and provide images by email if they are available.

Wholesale Orders:

• We currently ship within the continental US only.

• There are no handling fees. David's Gifts and Things believes that handling is part of the price. 

• We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover), Money Orders, Personal Checks & Certified Checks.
• Payment is due within 7 days (Money Order, Certified Checks & Personal Checks). After that the order will be cancelled.
• Orders paid for by personal check will be held until the check clears our bank. This can take up to 10 days.
• Online check payments are not accepted at this time. It is planned on in the future.
